Pistachio Martini

Poured gently over ice and stirred to perfection, it’s a drink that invites slow sips and cosy conversations. Whether you’re serving it with dessert or simply enjoying a quiet night in, this creamy classic delivers depth, warmth, and a touch of showmanship with every glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Drysdales pistachio liqueur

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Drysdales vodka

  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) heavy cream

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: crushed pistachios for the rim

  • Optional: honey to coat the rim

Method:

If desired, rim a chilled martini glass with crushed pistachios by first coating the rim with honey.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add pistachio liqueur and vodka.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared martini glass.
Top with heavy cream.
Sip and enjoy!
