Drysdales is a South African-based brand owned and operated by Drysdales Distillery and Brewery. All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Drysdales Distillery and Brewery.

2. Product Availability
All products and services are subject to availability. In the event of a product being unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 30 days.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed via PayFast. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.

4. Order Fulfilment and Delivery
Orders are shipped using reputable couriers. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. In short:

Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge.
Defective products will be exchanged.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched, subject to a 5% admin fee.
Refunds attract a 10% admin fee and are processed via EFT.

6. Promotions and Sales Promotional offers are valid while stocks last. Items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or any other sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless damaged in transit.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Drysdales Distillery and Brewery and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
